Terms of Use — TESC
Version of 1 October 2026 · in force from the date above
Language: this is a translation of the Portuguese original, published at
tesc.treslimoes.com.br/termos. The Portuguese version is the legally binding one; if the
two ever diverge, the Portuguese text prevails.
By creating an account or using TESC, you agree to these terms. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1Who provides TESC
TESC is provided by BARBOSA E FOLLE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA ("Três Limões", "we"), CNPJ 68.586.378/0001-52, Av. Paulista, 91 [ TO BE FILLED: suite, city/state and postal code ]. Contact: suporte@treslimoes.com.br.
2What TESC is
A platform for organizing the work of the house: people who live together add chores, routines and preferences, and TESC suggests a fair split — one that considers age, preferences and history, and is therefore not always equal.
3What TESC is not
TESC is not a cleaning service, does not police anyone and does not replace the conversation between housemates. The suggested split is a recommendation; the household decides. Nor are we responsible for carrying out the chores or for any damage arising from them.
4Your account
- You create the account with email and password, or by signing in with Apple or Google, and provide your real name and date of birth — age is used in the split and to restrict 18+ chores.
- To create a household and be in charge of it, you must be 18 or older [ TO BE FILLED: confirm the age rule ].
- You keep your access confidential and are responsible for what happens in your account.
5Households, members and invites
- Whoever creates the household is in charge of it: they can invite and remove members and edit the settings.
- Invites are personal. Only send an invite to someone who actually lives or spends time in the household, and don't post invite codes publicly.
- When adding a minor member, the person in charge declares they are the minor's parent or legal guardian and authorizes the handling of the necessary data (see section 6 of the Privacy Policy).
- When adding another adult without an invite, you declare that they are aware of it.
6Free and Premium plans
- Free: no charge, with ads and, only for those who accept, partner offers. The plan is also funded by anonymous, aggregated statistics, which never identify a person or a household.
- Premium: paid subscription, with no ads or partner offers, with the features described in the app.
- The subscription is bought and billed through the App Store, under Apple's rules. The price, billing period and any trial period appear on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- The subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled under Settings → your name → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds follow Apple's policy.
- We may change plan features; price changes are announced in advance and apply from the next renewal.
7Responsibilities
Yours: use TESC in good faith; don't add content that is offensive, illegal or that exposes other people; don't assign dangerous or age-inappropriate chores to minors; don't try to access other people's households or accounts or circumvent the app.
Ours: keep the service running with reasonable care, protect your data as set out in the Privacy Policy and give notice of relevant changes. TESC is provided "as is": failures and interruptions may occur, and a local reminder may not fire if the device is off or has notifications turned off. Nothing in these terms limits rights guaranteed by Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.
8Closing your account
- You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Account → Delete account. Your personal data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
- If you are in charge of a household with other members, name another person in charge before leaving [ TO BE FILLED: confirm what happens to the household ].
- Deleting the account does not cancel the Apple subscription.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice where possible.
9Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced in the app; continuing to use TESC after them means you agree to the new version.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence, under art. 101, I, of the Consumer Protection Code.
